Paul Neary was British Marvel's Art Director in 1979 and produced many original covers across the published range. He worked fast and was able to adapt his style to the needs of the individual job. Paul could produce European, English or American styled work either in cartoon or illustrative form. Later he was appointed Group Editor and later still achieved International plaudits for his inking on the Marvel U.S.A. title THE ULTIMATES.
