then the next morning your best friend drives you to work and you’re still not quite ‘lucid’ and you start to tell him about last night but then he points out that your little brother is in the backseat and you hadn’t even NOTICED but you cover your near-slipup by saying you were just talking about getting drunk and not to tell mother bc she doesn’t like that all of her kids (who are 21+) drink and he believes you

and then you’re at work but you’re still not really... all there so you’re moving even slower than you usually do when you’re just tired (bc you’re not a morning person on your best day) and you’re just praying no one notices how long you’ve been working on this one real estate ad

I reeeeally want to let bro7 in on The Secret, bc a) he's the only sibling at home who doesn't know and that's not exactly fair to him and b) in general we have a lot of similar quirks and I know, when he finally grows up and matures a little, we could be really close and him knowing me better can only improve our relationship

but he IS pretty immature about some things and while he seems more open-minded in general, he can make some really stupid comments about the lgbt community so I'm still not sure he can be trusted!
