One minute ago this was an entire slice of pistachio ricotta torte from @angelobrocatoicecream and then it was mysteriously disappeared. How did this happen?! Angelo Brocatos: spumoni. Still life/melting life with spumoni and two spoons. Lovely, light but creamy taste and fluffy texture. Overall grade: A+

Angelo Brocatos: Bananas Foster Cheesecake. Texture was perfect; just the right flavor with banana and banana pieces. Light but rich. Caramel sauce topping was divine - creamy yet dark and rich and smoky. The crust was almost perfect but a touch too thin at the tip, such that it got a little moisture-laden (that’s me trying to find a less offensive way of saying “soggy”). Overall grade: A
