that’s something i’ll never understand

I hate Next Gen roleplays because of these very reasons. It’s so many unrealistic things happening in them. You mean to tell me Rachel is going to live out her life at 26, pop out kids, they become her world and then when they get 16-21, she’s so damn restless and is now resenting them? Or Quinn is going to have 32490234902 kids after the experience with Beth? Or Mercedes is ALWAYS going to be the ONE single parent in the group? Or unless some laws have changed and they have the same surrogate, all LGBT couples are going to have 5 kids (adopted/biologically theirs) within a 5-6 year age range? Then, the whole setting back into Lima .... which typically NEVER has an explanation other than “they wanted their kids to feel what it was like to grow up in boring ass Lima”. Or my absolute favorite and the one that is probably the most unrealistic is they ALWAYS go back into the typical Glee ships?

I’ve saw ONE group over the course of 5 years actually give the couples 1-2-3 kids. I’ve yet to see one give every family a different reason as to why they are back in Lima. And I don’t think any group has ever gave them ALL a different spouse.

lea michele, dean geyer, cory monteith, dianna agron, naya rivera

Lea Michele: 

Alright I have had some really really good experiences rping opposite of a Lea Michele FC. Usually when its played by one of my lovely friends. Like @brochelwrites who will probably forever be my Rachel or Sarah. 

But the majority is usually really unpleasant. IDK what the hell it is, but when ever I get stuck with another Lea Michele FC hell always breaks loose. I should clarify that its usually when I have to play their sibling in some fashion. The characters are either bat shit crazy. (Don’t get me wrong I love a good crazy character... if played realistically and well). Or The character some how morphs in to the same exact personality of my character. Which has happened a lot.... w

So yeah.. not a lot of good memories with this one. 

Dean Geyer: 

I have actually never had a bad experience with a Dean Geyer fc. All the ones I have played opposite have been some of my favorite rps/1x1s. 

Cory Monteith: 

Just like with Lea Michele fc.. I have had ups and downs. To start off with some of my most epic and loved ships come from a pairing of those faces. Which are always written down as good experiences. That I miss and want more of every day. Cause I’m a slut for them. 

I’ve only really had two bad cases. Both of which was more of a creative differences kind of thing on how we wanted ship shit to go. If you know me, You know I don’t like being pressured or told how my character should act. I get enough of that from the damn character. So yeah.. had a few moments like that involving some choice Finn players. 

But that is all in the past and I still love his face. 

Diana Agron:

Again this is a good and bad thing. I love using her face and playing opposite of it. 

But I have been in many rps where the Diana Agron fc is just really unappealing. Now mind you like with everyone else on that list it come from how people play and behave that makes it a bad experience. And some people just like to turn characters with her face in to well intolerable monsters. 

though on a good note. @whispersomesilverreplyrps & @wordsof-lei have totally made me love the FC in general. They make up for all the stupid shit I have had to deal with rp wise. 

Naya Rivera: 

Not going to lie.. I don’t have many nice things to say about this one. Almost all my experiences have been bad ones. IDK why.. but they have been. I have run in to very few characters with her face that haven’t left a bad taste in my mouth. 

So yeah.... 

I know there are probably stellar people out there using Naya’s face. Which hopefully I shall meet one day.

Fact : I am a tea addict. I love tea and probably drink it everyday. I worked at David’s Tea for a couple months last year and it totally made the addiction that much worse. I just love it.. and would be really sad with out it.
