Soon after Ariana left with the baby, Elizabeth found out about her betrayal. Blaming herself for trusting that selfish, egoistic bitch of a daughter, she ordered the men to burn the house immediately after the session is done. “Tie their lifeless bodies together in the center of the hexagon. Tell your idiotic friend to bring me the knife and the torch I’ve prepared.”, Elizabeth shouted at Brody, who still felt uneasy about everything, especially now that Ariana has turned her back on them. “You never bothered to explain why we are killing them in the first place, Elizabeth. I think now is the right time, considering even your own daughter bailed on you and escaped with that baby!”, Brody replied, voice trembling a little bit. Nobody ever talked back to Elizabeth but this was different. And Elizabeth knew it. “How can you be so blind after everything you saw?!”, yelled the old witch and continued. “My son is the last remaining Celtic druid on this planet. The line has been extremely fragile for the past decade but never like this. As the only one left, the power of his ancestors is united within him, allowing him to be more powerful than I could ever wish for. Marrying an Alpha is unacceptable and having a child is a complete and utter sacrilege. The child now carries his father’s amplified powers, as well as his mother’s strength, heightened senses and healing abilities. They will not be like of a real werewolf, however, but still he bears more power than he will ever be aware of. That is why he has to die! When he reaches his full potential, nobody can save us. The Parker family would be gone forever and those silly Argents can just do themselves a favor and commit a massive suicide before the child ends their misery instead.”, Elizabeth concluded and paused for a second to catch her breath. “I never thought this would ever be necessary but this is the only way for the Parkers to exist. I may have lived for three hundred years but my powers are weakening. If the child died today…well, things would be a lot different.”, the old woman exhaled in frustration. “And what about Ariana? What’s in it for her?”, Brody asked. “She is foolish and naïve if she thinks she can raise him on her own. I bet she expects that she’ll able to take his power once he’s an adult but those are all hopes of a madman.”, Elizabeth answered and walked out in the back garden.

The session turned into murder, as Elizabeth took the black knife from Brody’s trembling hands and stabbed Kaidan’s throat, piercing through Isabel’s as well. She left the knife there and watched the blood turn black while it was pouring out of their stabbed throats. Setting their bodies on fire was the last thing she did before saying a sentence or two in an unknown language and walking away slowly, back towards the dark forest. Brody watched in terror while the other men returned inside the house. One of them phoned a colleague and let him know that they’re in need of a ride. After setting the house on fire, the men left.

When the house started collapsing, the green hexagon in the back garden evaporated violently, as the emerald amulet which was lying next to Kaidan’s burned corpse started to glow.
