For someone who is constantly surrounded by people, Wonwoo would like to consider himself to be one who isn’t usually fazed easily. He prided himself in being able to maintain his sense of calm almost always and his groupmates gave him mad props for the same as well. But to each their own weakness and being caught offguard would have retracted a similar reaction from anyone, as it did from the rapper. As an idol, one would always be on the lookout for the safest way to escape the dorm every now and then (especially when trying to avoid the usual gang of fans camping out front). And the occasional craving for a ramen or kimchi jeon meant that it wasn’t just Wonwoo willing to slip away when the managers had their guard down. Even his own leader who held up his end of the principles upright was willing to be lax about letting off the boys (lest they get careless in one of the ventures).
So here he was, having his hoodie tightened to maximum security (an inner joke as to how far he could go with tightening the banding around his features, without cutting off blood circulation) and slipping out the sideway gate that thankfully hadn’t been discovered as yet by the lingering fans. One head peeking out to ensure the coast is safe, he’s soon slipping out quickly in order to shut the gate after him. What did manage to startle him at that very moment was the loud screeching of wheels, instinct causing the boy to backtrack and slam his spine against the wooden gate just as the other male slides past in a haphazard manner, avoiding collision by inches. He manages not to curse from surprise, an arm pressed to his own chest in surprise while casting an eye at the other who had somehow managed to topple over on the pavement. ❝ Hey, you alright there, man? Who are you– coming at me so suddenly like that? ❞
