Celeste Fest 2015 "Our Metal Princess"

Celeste Fest began in celebration of our very own “Metal Princess Celeste”. Celeste is the daughter of the beautiful Kristi Leigh and Jody Lanier, guitarist for the prominent band Broken by the Burden. She is also the proud sister of four younger brothers. Sounds normal? Naaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaahhhhhhhh! Last years Celeste Fest to celebrate her sweet 16, had a change in plans. She turned the party into a benefit to help to help a family who’s child had recently been born with spin ebifida (spell check)… It’s time to celebrate again!! Celeste has accomplished so much this year, so now it’s not only her 17th birthday, but also her high school graduation… She as well has made a very important life decision. She has confirmed her Christianity and is beginning to go church! You make me smile from your glow!!! This special lady means the world to her family, extended band family and to mine as well. She recently helped my daughter and I through a tuff life transition and I will forever be grateful! The world needs more women like Celeste. So April 25th I can already hear her greeting and hugging all her aunts and uncles OH that includes me too! I can hear the happy birthdays along with congratulations. As always there will be an atmosphere of family and love. So proud our “Metal Princess” has turned into an amazing young adult. I wish you the best in everything your heart wants and every step you take to earn it. Continue to touch people with your sweet spirit but never let anyone put you down. Abby and I love you to no ends and will always here if you need. Thank you for letting us be apart of your life as well. GO SHINE BABY GIRL!!!
