“At this moment, there are 6,470,818,671 people in the world. Some are running scared. Some are coming home. Some tell lies to make it through the day. Others are just now facing the truth.
Some are evil men, that war with good. And some are good, struggling with evil. 6 billion people in the world. 6 billion souls. And sometimes all you need is one.”
Ever since I was 14 years and I saw my very first episode - One Tree Hill has been my all time favourite show.
I have plenty of shows that I love - plenty of shows that I am obsessed with and watch religiously.
But none compare to One Tree Hill.
None compare to the love I have for this show.
One Tree Hill has everything - love - laughter - drama - sadness - good - evil.
It’s the whole package.
And no matter what I know I will be re-watching it until I die.
The characters are incredible - the story lines are very well written.
I learnt so many life lessons from this show.
It taught me so much about growing up - about love - hurt - sadness - loneliness - lies.
Everything a teenager goes through - they went through - and showed you how to come out the other side.
In the show they talk about the town of Tree Hill - how there is only one - and that its your home.
And watching the show you really feel like they are talking to you.
Because no matter what was going on in my life - no matter how good or bad it may have been - watching this show always made everything better.
It either made me happy - made me laugh - or simply made me forget about my own drama because I was watching theres.
My favourite character in the show is Brooke.
Ever since the very beginning I have loved her character.
She is fierce - she is strong - she is determined - she is powerful.
She is everything any girl growing up would want to see in a woman - as she grew up in the show - she showed what is was to become a successful business woman - an independent woman.
And I loved this.
The show is simply incredible.
It means so much to me.
If you have never seen one episode I completely recommend you give it a go.
Don’t be thrown off by it being about teenagers - I think it is relevant for all ages.
Just give it a try - I promise you wont regret it.
Thank you for reading.
Stay Strong.
