Running fingers through his mess of curls, he frowned for and instant. Alright, so, maybe he’d planned on staying up to do a bit of… something to occupy his mind. He hadn’t decided on what yet; though generally when he didn’t have anything in mind, it simply turned to studying his own cells again, working on his own ‘condition.’
"I, uh… okay." Right then. Tea and then back to bad. Bruce stood slowly, rubbing the back of his neck. He was just feeling a little overwhelmed. He wasn’t used to this kind of accommodation from anyone. Hell, he spent most of his days alone, let alone his nights.
Sam didn't need to see Bruce's face in full light to know he had guessed his stay-up-to-do-sciency-things plan, at which Sam smirked proudly at himself for. He wasn't much of a science person--not at all, really--but he appreciated those who had a knack for it. And he worried when those who has a knack for it gets too carried away by it.
"'K." He mumbled and let him go. Shifting to lay on his back, he stared at the ceiling. It wasn't usual he think about what affects superpowers gone wrong has on a person at two in the morning but he couldn't stop this mind as he watched Bruce's silhouette slink out of the room.
