Salmon Toast. House hot smoked salmon, cream cheese, capers, tomatoes, shaved hard boiled egg, minced house made pickled red onions, and fresh dill, all topped on sourdough bread.

S'mores French Toast. Two slices of French Toast (made out of our house baked brioche bread), topped with house made toasted marshmallow fluff, chocolate sauce, and graham cracker crumble.

Walking Taco Omelette: Seasoned ground beef, house made queso, topped with more queso, house made pico, Blis Blast hot sauce, green onions, and Fritos.

Beef Fried Rice Omelette. Filled with seared shaved ribeye meat, and fried rice with carrots, peas, onions, cabbage and mushrooms. Topped with house made sweet chili sauce, black sesame seeds, and green onions.
