You can find a juicy beef patty with melted cheddar cheese, crispy bacon, an egg, avocado, hash browns, and a spicy mayo sauce on top of it all. It's a rich and tasty burger that's great for brunch or whenever you want something savory.
Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 4 hamburger buns. 4 slices of cheddar cheese. 4 slices of bacon. 4 large eggs. 1 avocado, sliced. 1/2 cup crispy hash browns. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce. Salt and pepper to taste. Butter for toasting buns.
Instructions: Preheat grill or stovetop griddle over medium-high heat. Form ground beef into 4 equal-sized burger patties and season with salt and pepper. Cook bacon until crispy and set aside on paper towels to drain. Grill burger patties to desired doneness, adding cheddar cheese slices to each patty during the last minute of cooking. While burgers are cooking, toast hamburger buns on the grill or in a skillet with a bit of butter until golden brown. In a separate skillet, fry eggs to your preferred level of doneness usually sunny-side-up or over-easy. In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise and sriracha sauce to create a spicy mayo.
