Oh, I've seen so many cherry blossom photos going around. I'd love to visit again during cherry blossom season. My very first trip to Japan was just at the beginning of the season and it was still so beautiful. Although, I'd probably get tired of the season too if it meant forced socialising with work colleagues, haha. Hmm, I still haven't made my mind up about the Taeyota v Yoondai. I've been recommended a Mitsusquishy instead. It apparently comes with a year's worth of complimentary mochi [1]

[2] and like the Yoondai, is a great compact model for city driving. Apparently it comes with a great v6 engine but is still generally quiet, and depending on the colour you choose, looks either cute and family friendly, or sleek and sexy :D BTS text anon (also, yes, I've just booked my flights to Tokyo!)

Oh, when was your first trip to Japan? Cherry blossom season is suck a fickle bitch - this year we didn’t even get a whole two weeks in Tokyo. But the first weekend in April is usually a good bet. Not that people mind much, they’ll get shitfaced under bare trees if they have to lol

MITSUSQUISHY THAT IS SUCH A GREAT NAME :’) I don’t think I’d get that as an everyday car, but I might rent it once in a while to take it for a ride.

Wow! I love the new blog look. Are we still calling you Mrs Mon, or is it Mrs Min now, lol? Or do we double-barrel, and call you Mrs Min-Mon? Haha. I've never watched Scandal, but I can most definitely say that I am nowhere near as cool or badass as Olivia Pope/Kerry Washington! Thank you to the anon who sent in the drabble request (and you for writing it, of course) - I have to say that drabble made my weekend. There's nothing like a fantasy date with Bangtan, haha. Yay thank you! Or rather, let’s all thank Michelle for saving my technology-illiterate ass time and time again. Okay - I really wanted to protest these outrageous allegations, but Mrs Min-Mon sounds so gosh darn cute that I might as well accept that fate. 

Oooh, I don’t know what kind of shows you like, but Scandal was a really good one to watch! I randomly watched a couple episodes on a plane once and when I got home I binged all the seasons that were out at that time. Also don’t be silly, you are just as cool as her, if not cooler. I should know <3

Ugh I had so much fun with them here. I was so busy and always on the run but it was so worth it and I can’t wait to move home and hang out with them all the time. They are seriously good times and I miss them already.

I doubt that’d true, but if it is, we can be super lame together. It’s going to be great <3 Btw, it’s finally warm enough to hang out outside at night at parks or sit outside conbinis but without the humidity (for now). You picked a good time to come!

Yay for more Hobi fluff! Change of Heart was really sweet, and Hobi is more than welcome to come carry my groceries, lol (or fling himself onto my bed 😏). Ugh last weekend seems like a distant memory. This week has been hectic and I am so sick of emails, haha. I can't wait for the coming weekend. I plan on staying as long as I can in a blanket cocoon. Also, which car is going to provide the better mileage - a Taeyota or a Yoondai? I get the feeling the Taeyota might be a bit expensive to maintain (but damn the 2017 model looks good, especially the sports version - I hear it comes with Gucci seat covers and a complimentary head band). Is the Yoondai might be a bit more reliable? I have heard it there might be a few troubles getting it started, lol. BTS text anon

Boooh that doesn’t sound fun. Work has been hectic for me, too - freaking cherry blossoms. But they’re starting to wither so I hope work will give me a break before Golden Week. But for now I’m just holding on for the ride lol I had a nice weekend, though! I was out a lot meeting friends and talked to my parents (separately) for long times about my plans for next year. They’re happy and excited for me to come back and so am I! Just gotta make it through 8 more months ;;

Yeah, they really put some work in and upgraded the 2017 Taeyota. That being said, while I do like what they did with the paint job, I’d kind of like a darker model. I guess I’ll just have to have it customized. The Gucci seat covers are definitely a plus, and everybody needs a driving headband, duh. I hear it’s the new driving sock. Yoondai’s may not be as sporty, but they engine is more quiet and it’s easy to park anywhere which is great for big cities. I don’t know, it’s a tough decision! Maybe get one of each ;)

Well it sure as hell ain’t me so I’m hoping that means you are currently planning a fun trip to the far east? :D
