ngl the whole fun part is what is so telling about these complaints and how they’re coming from USAmericans who speak english only like when i grew up learning english in order to live and work in a world with massive American influence, I wasn’t really concerned with Fun lol and i think this is probably true for most ESL speakers

LIKE im so glad that people who speak english as default have fun learning languages but when i was learning english as you know, a thing that is necessary nowadays to have a decent job, my family had to manifest money we didnt have for my private english lessons because school cant realistically teach you much between 30-peoples group and a program teachers have to keep up with. theres a reason i gave up on spanish in school and decided to go back to it in the future when im the adult (the reason was money, crazy right?)
