Does Taemin ever go traveling in Blended Family Au???? Maybe like, he and Key go on a trip together or something? Or would he more likely go with Jinki?

The family goes on vacations together some summers, mostly when the boys are still young.

As for like, bonding trips, Taemin and Kibum go on one when Taemin is like, 8. They go camping for the weekend. It’s a pretty fun time, and Kibum teaches Taemin how to start a fire and set up a tent. It’s a cute weekend. Taemin has a lot of fun, and Kibum feels like they get a little closer.

But they don’t go very far, not just the two of them. The whole family has been out of the country a couple times, but they don’t have a whole lot of money for that sort of thing, so it’s only on very special occasions that they travel that far lol.

In farm boy au, does Taemin ever go back to the city to visit his friends? What do they say about his transformation into ~country Taem~

uwuwuwuwu yes he does but he can’t go for long because he feels bad leaving his mom to deal with the cows all by herself 

but uwuwuwu he doesn’t wear his farm boy clothes lmao he wears his cute pretty city boy clothes and like his sneakers and no boots and no cowboy hat lmao so it’s not like super obvious right away that he’s ~~~country Taemin~~~

but like i wanna say his mom calls him at one point just to see how he’s doing and he answers the phone just like “hi ma how were the cows today how’s lightning does she miss me did u give her a carrot like i asked???”

and then his friends just

“omg what happened to you”

and once he hangs up they just “omg taemin!!!!! you didn’t tell us you became a super country farm kid in less than a year!!!”

and taemin just

“i mean i live on a farm now what did u expect” and he just uwuwuwu shows them pictures of lightning and of him on lightning and of him with jinki and the horses and uwuwuwu 

and he tells them all about the tiny ass school and they just “how are you still sane” 

“i really don’t think i am tbh lmao”

and they just

are a little confused because he never seemed like the type but he seems to be happy so they’re okay with it???

they take him to the mall and the skate park and they all just hang out and have fun before he has to go back and uwu very cute city friends who are very understanding if not a little perplexed

Minho/key/someone going on a food trend!! (Kale chips, juice cleanse, vegan, etc)

key being like 16 and coming home from school and declaring to jonghyun and the family that he’s going on a juice cleanse

jonghyun just rolls his eyes like “yeah okay whatever just tell me when you’re ready to eat real food again dinner’s at 7 as per usual”

and key lasts all of half a day on his juice cleanse before he’s sneaking into the kitchen cupboard for a snack because holy shit he’s hungry

taemin laughs at him and rats him out to the entire family when he catches key scarfing down an entire thing of ritz crackers
