Ingredients: 2 ripe bananas. 2 eggs. 1/4 teaspoon baking powder. 1/4 cup almond flour.
Instructions: Mash the bananas in a bowl until they are smooth. Add the eggs and mix everything together with a whisk. It will be smooth after you add the baking powder and almond flour. Place a nonstick skillet over medium-low heat and lightly coat it with oil or cooking spray. For each pancake, put about 1/4 cup of batter on the pan. Cook for two to three minutes, or until bubbles appear on top. Flip and cook for one to two more minutes, or until golden brown. Do it again with the rest of the batter. You can top it with maple syrup, fresh fruit, or nut butter while it's still warm.
