So like,, I’d been saving up for this Mr. Big pin I found from an eBay seller, and it wad definitely one of the more expensive pins I’ve bought (which for my standards really isn’t that much, it was under 100 dollars). And I didn’t really… question why the thing was so expensive, my tiny collector brain just went ”pretty shrew go brrrr” and was totally content with buying with because it was pretty.
Anyways I read into it out of curiosity (which, for context, this is the Walt Disney Imagineering Adorbs Mr. Big pin), mostly because I didn’t know what Walt Disney Imagineering (WDI) meant, as although I collect Disney pins, I’ve never been to the parks and I do not trade them, but APPARANTLY WDI pins are EXCLUSIVE TO CAST MEMBERS ONLY AND THIS ONE IS AN LE 200. WHICH IS REALLY COOL. I BEAR THE FORBIDDEN BIG.
So I accidentally bought an incredibly rare collectors’ item just thinking it was really pretty.
