I found Nat in the museum! I like the thought of him helping out since Blathers is terrified of bugs. Well... So long as he doesn't try to eat any anyways... Maybe having Nat in the museum isn't the best of ideas

Raphael managing to defeat the Bug Yokai in the Nexus. feeling pretty good about himself in the purely Conquering the fears way. Still unnerving but he did a better job this time :).

Because it doesn't need to be an actual bug. It can just be something his mind could mistake for a bug. (Look at me using my own fear of bugs as a weapon. But like for real the dark spot on the wall has been there for a while but I still mistake it for a bug sometimes.)
Also yeah he feels so great about continuing to overcome his fear and then the bug room happens.

I tried to incorporate small black dots to represent the bugs, however, it's not quite showing on my phone camera. It is here in real life I swear.
No expression is on his face. because I can't convey the sheer amount of terror that he must feel.
I try to use a lighting filter because, once again, my phone is garbage

It started with "only one of them is awake at a time and there's some issues with that", to me wanting there to be some plot and mentioning Big Mama as the villain I want to get involved, to someone going "what if the lair collapsed", then after we played with that a big we went "BIG MAMA KIDNAPS RAPH", then it was a bit of trauma before I asked the dooming question of "kill fights or no?". And it collapsed into immense trauma for Raph from then on.
Lol good job rise guys in the main au! crossover raph actually does have hallucinations especially when he's alone in a very dark room.
He can HEAR the bugs, FEEL them, SEE their shadows in the pitch black room laced with the SMELL of decay.
Haha yeah.
The sheer panic of a small dark stain can cause for crossover Raph is immense. Main Raph still has bug issues but not as many as crossover Raph has.
