I've gotten a lot more comfortable showing my art stuff to people irl and have let a few folks look through my sketchbook, but it still kills me when they talk about how they can't draw a stick figure or they feel bad about their own artistic skills..... I'm just like sister let me tell you, the worst thing you can do is compare and i want you to know you can make art you're happy with if it weren't for putting yourself down !! art is not just for me it's for us to share!!! <- too shy to say any of that so i just make a strangled noise and don't make eye contact
