Bullet Journal
My bullet journal is very minimalist - October has the most decoration because I stole some IT stickers from the kid. Monthly, I track TBR goals, readathons, book photo challenges, books read, and books hauled. I have spreads for books by format, mid and end of year stats, bookshelves, etc.
It's primarily dot, but I inserted tracking sheets and the game board for Romanceopoly. I also track my Book Outlet and New Author challenges. In the front, I have a monthly calendar. In the back, I have all the lined pages for longer lists like Books Read in 2019, Wishlist, 5 Star Reads, lists for Libby, Scribd, Audible Escape.
I would love to have a fancier reading journal but found they don't track as many books as I read (230+ at last count). Plus, I don't track page numbers, save quotes, or get much use out of Greatest Books of All Time, etc. So I made my own custom journal with a dot grid I made in Word. Then just printed, assembled, and then had it all bound at Kinkos.
