Ears. More specifically, rabbit ears. Cat ears in particular didn’t bother her as much, but rabbit ears always seemed to be the sign of some sort of surefire bad news. That, and the prominent urge to go and pull the ears off was as strong as ever. She continued to stare from far way. Approaching on the means of annoying ears was probably lead to a rather unpleasant exchange in the first place. Not that she wanted to be up in elbows with the strangeness of an unfamiliar place.
I don’t get people who destroy their stuff when they’re angry. Maybe it’s just from me growing up poor.
