Ingredients: 1 lb ground beef. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. 1/4 cup diced onions. 1/4 cup diced pickles. 1/4 cup ketchup. 1/4 cup mayonnaise. 1 tsp mustard. Salt and pepper to taste. 12 mini slider buns.
Instructions: In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, diced onions, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 12 mini burger patties. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness. During the last minute of cooking, top each burger patty with a generous amount of shredded cheddar cheese and cover to melt the cheese. In a small bowl, mix together ketchup, mayonnaise, and mustard to create the sauce. Toast the slider buns on the grill or skillet for about 1 minute or until lightly browned. Assemble the burgers by spreading the sauce on the bottom half of each bun. Place a cheesy burger patty on top of the sauce.
