GOOD AFTERNOON, and thank you for tuning in to the WIRELESS WIZARDING NETWORK! For our transmission today we’re pleased to present BURIAL SOCIETY’S fifth task –– it is time to think about the bigger picture !
Our fifth task requests that players consider their character’s stories, where they might be headed, and any particular aspects you’re excited to explore! Your work here will help the Burial Society Staff better integrate your character and desired story arcs into upcoming plot drops and events !
Your task is to think about what stories you’d like to tell with your character, and come up with 3 - 5 PLOT POINTS you’d enjoy having play out. These could involve personal secrets being revealed, mysteries uncovered, ambitions being archived, failures faced, or anything else you can think of.
While inter-character plot points are very important, we encourage you to discuss those with your fellow players, and for this task focus instead on plot points that could be caused by external forces (things happening to your character) or independent moves (things your character can do themselves).
An example of an external force could be someone discovering a secret your character has been keeping, or the discovery of a letter that wasn’t meant for your character’s eyes. An example of an independent move could be your character pursuing a promotion at work, or deciding to switch factions.
We encourage you to think big, be dramatic, and integrate aspects of the overall plot of the group into your ideas.
If you’d like, think about two or more possible outcomes of your plot points that you’d be open to occurring. Consider the promotion example: if your character succeeds, what then? How do they feel about it? What would they do next? If they fail... well, the same questions apply.

Upon completion of this task, characters may deposit 100G per plot point into their vaults, in addition to the pre-prescribed task reward !
