What are your burp headcannons for everyone? Particularly, I think Angel Dust can release some demons, and Vox is kinda envious of how loud Alastor can eructate.
HEHEHEHE YAAAY, I GET TO H//4ZBIN RAMBLE~!!
first off i wanna add onto the v//0x being envious thing, I LOVE THAT SO SO MUCHH, i wholeheartedly believe he trains himself to be better than him in doing so. if a//l has EVER burped near him [which i REALLY wanna believe he has while he was captive (and even so, he'd still be well-mannered and pardon himself)], v//0x has them recorded and listens to them on loop. this makes v//4lentino believe v//0x has a burp kink. he doesn't [but i imagine v//4l does!]. v//0x has also 100% belched in a//l's face to be petty, and the radio demon finds him repulsive because of it.
but onto my own things! h//u5k 100% burps the most out of anyone in the hotel, maybe in the whole h//3llaverse [which, i am BEGGING them to add at least ONE burp from him in a later season. it's only natural]. a//l4stor definitely holds his own back, but doesn't bother with it when eating other demons [think what we saw in s1ep5 with the loan sharks!]. either way, though, he's still quick to excuse himself. he gets embarrassed about it in my eyes, it's so cute~ ♡
i feel like p//3ntious - both in heaven and in hell - is pretty polite about it as well, but definitely moreso in heaven. in hell, he'd let them out without much of a care, but in heaven, he tries muffling them; in both cases, he'll apologize for it [i bet c//h3rri thinks he's a pissbaby for it, but still cute].
speaking of heaven, i just KNOW a//8el is constantly at least a teeny bit burpy. i couldn't quite tell you why - i just feel like he and st. p//3ter [and on occasion, e//mi1y] get into silly little burp contests, and more times than not, the shepherd wins. this always leaves him with a little bit of pent-up air in his system that he tries to get out quietly, which sometimes works. other times, it's way louder than he thinks, and he ends up startling himself, his friends, and maybe a couple of winners nearby. he is SUUUUPER embarrassed about this and will go red in the face while frantically apologizing and excusing himself. it's adorable~ ♡
and what about the few humans we've seen, hm? i think v//1ncent definitely used to burp on the air and make a teensy bit of a deal about it, mostly a joke of some sort or dragging the moment a bit longer, anything to keep viewers entertained. p//3ndleton, i feel, was a similar way to how he is in hell, but since he didn't really ever leave his room, he didn't have much of a reason to excuse himself, as no one else was there - he still would sometimes, but that was usually reserved for bigger or longer belches that caught him off guard. a//1astor would try not to as much as he could, especially on his radio show, but one would always slip out and he'd be so glad that nobody can see him at that moment. he'd be red in the face and so embarrassed, but he wouldn't show that in his voice. he'd give a quick "oh, pardon me!" and maybe laugh it off a little, but he's just hoping it isn't ruining his reputation at all.
