okay, i’m not going to lie and say that i don’t like the design of the blue nightwing suit better ( ‘cause i do, i really do, and it’s iconic ), i also just... personally really like the feelings that must have been put into the red suit. like, often times the fandom says that dick’s red nightwing suit shows how close he is to his brothers ( who all wear red or has red in their names -- looking at you, jason and tim ), but i think people also forget that red is just one of three of the flying graysons’ colours, y’know ? like, the red would be a homage to his deceased family as much as it would be to his brothers, so i’m honestly debating about making my dick’s nightwing costume red rather than blue.
