so I went and spent like 5 hours just scrubbing off all the viruses that people (*cough cough my dad*) have accidentally downloaded onto my computer. And its great because its the first time I’ve been able to use my computer since I got it that there’s not adware all over the place (I can finally use BBC news and ao3 properly without pop-ups thanks be given to all that’s holy).
But it flagged my comic reader so I had to delete it and now I’ve downloaded it again but it’s occurred to me that prehaps that was the problem and I’m hesitating to install it.
I mean, logically I know that can’t be it, because I literally took the program I have (cdisplayex) off my old laptop and there was never any problem with that, so I’m gonna install it anyway.
Only I will probably need to close all other programs, and I’m busy right now so fts
