i made this post a few days ago but i decided to make a proper post for it! i’m sure i’m not the first person to think of this but i think it’s super fun and it’s a really good way to interact with your mutuals and get to know their sims more, so here we are!

rules:

the rules are pretty simple honestly there isn’t really much to this but a few basic things i guess

- the main thing is to choose any of your mutuals sims and remake them in your sim style!!

- you don’t need to send eachother your sims, you can use reference photos (i suggest sending a closeup unposed and one full body pic either posed or unposed it’s your choice), however if you would prefer sending your sims you can that’s totally up to you but it’s not necessary!

- you can turn it into a fun little exchange where you each make each others sims which is also super fun!!

- most importantly please ask permission beforehand!! please don’t just remake someone’s sim (i’m not here to start drama and have people say someone is copying them/stole their oc bc of this challenge. i want this to be a fun thing for the community so pls be respectful!)

im just gonna say whats on my mind feel free to ignore this post its kinda petty but i just have to let it out

#i feel like simblr has become very picky and there's very obviously favourites #and while i do feel like this has always been the case ive noticed it a lot more recently #and i think like an example of this is the simblr question of the day and like while i know its just supposed to be a fun little thing #i do feel like its very picky #and i feel like it can make people feel excluded (myself included)#because ofc i understand its unrealistic to send it to everyone #however that still doesnt take away from the fact it excludes a lot of people #i feel like instead of just sending it to a select few people it could be more of an ask chain #like for instance “send this to 5 other simblrs”#because then it feels like more of a thing within the community #idk just #something thats been on my mind #anyway this is probably an unpopular opinion and im probably going to get a lot of people mad at me for this but #idk #butter's thoughts #delete later

just texted my boss that i quit my job and im literally shaking

#im literally so scared how theyre going to respond #but this job has been super draining on my mental health and ive been under a lot of stress because of it #and ive basically been overworking myself and getting nothing in return #i know i did whats best for me #and i have people around me who support me and support my decision and stuff #i have also been looking for / applying to other jobs with the intention of finding a different job because like i said #this job is putting me under a lot of stress #anyway #butter's thoughts
