fun fact!

this pony right here is known as suri polomare in the show, however all of her toy appearances list her as “buttonbelle”. this could be written off as a case of the fandom naming the character and then hasbro naming the character separately like with bon bon/sweetie drops, however her debut episode “rarity takes manehatten” (s4 ep8) aired in january of 2014 and features several characters calling her suri, while her first piece of merchandise was shown at the 2014 toy fair which happened in mid-february the same year.

since that minifigure, suri has had 2 other blindbag figures, 1 minifigure from the sparkle friends collection, a brushable from the cutiemark magic line, and a mcdonald’s happy meal toy, each of which are labled as “buttonbelle”
