4. do you like your name? is there another name you think would fit you better?
I do like my name! As a kid I felt pretty unique, I only ever met one other kid with my name (and it was spelt Corrie, so it wasn’t confusing or anything) and now after so long I can’t imagine being called another name. (My last name is another story, but I think anyone that knows what it is can understand how that story goes :P)
15. five most influential books over your lifetime.
Ooooooooo, interesting!
Well an obvious book is Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone, the beginning of my obsession with the series as a child.
Awake and Dreaming by Kit Pearson was a book I was given as a kid by my aunt, it’s set in Vancouver/Victoria! It really grabbed my attention because I was at an age where I was starting to be aware of ‘the money situation’ and I understood the main character pretty well. It may have also been the first time I cried from reading a book.
The Bad Beginning (or maybe The Miserable Mill). The first Lemony Snicket book was just so enjoyable, and I was pretty obsessed with the very specific style Snicket/Handler was going for when he went past the events taking place and into his own narrative. I think that had an influence on how I write now. (The Miserable Mill had a cool hypnosis plot-line, I won’t go into why that was influential :P)
Then you’ve got The Pendragon Adventure by DJ MacHale, which was the next big series I got obsessed with. I think it helped a bit as I started to feel like I was in charge of taking care of everyone, to have a character that ended up in the same position, and to see his mistakes, how he cared for himself as much as he could.
I’m probably missing important ones, but I can’t think of any others right now, so 4.5/5 it is.
25. could you live as a hermit?
Probably not. Before I graduated high school I probably would have said yes, but at this point I just can’t see it happening.

4: What do you think about most?
*sigh* I have what seems to be called a “rich and complex inner life” which basically means I think a lot about a lot, create pretty extensive scenarios (something we all do lbh), that sort of thing. A lot of it is based on things I see, hear, or feel at any given moment. I worry about a lot of things, a lot of people. I think about the people I love, I think about things I do or say... so basically I’m like any other person, I think too much for my own good.
5: What does your latest text message from someone else say?
From someone? Let’s see... -- “Mhm~” from the bae.
6: Do you sleep with or without clothes on?
During the winter, at least pants and socks at its warmest. Full-on jammies at the coldest.
During the summer, undies at the least. Not very often otherwise, but it’s possible.
7: What's your strangest talent?
I’d like to think as far as strange talents go... it’s a toss up, depending on someone’s definition of ‘strange’...
On the one hand, without socks (but not impossible with them on) I am capable of opening doors with my feet. Knobs that are just round/balls/ovals, and of course anything with a nice handle. I also used to profess to being able to kick really high, but ever since I kicked a friend in the head and then proceeded to fall on my ass really hard from trying to prove it, I’ve stopped saying I can at all.
On the other hand, I have a knack for hypnosis. My voice has been said to be very easy to listen and relax to. Maybe not ‘strange’ as far as talents go, but I’ve been able to do some amazing stuff? Iunno. Maybe I just wanted to remind everyone that that’s a thing I do, since I’ve gotten a few new followers. :P

...about me? Maybe it wasn’t about me but it was definitely made with me in mind. But it wasn’t very nice so I won’t share it.
10: When is the last time you played the air guitar?
I think the last time I played air guitar was during the Music Talent Show in 12th grade, when I sang “The Middle”.
20: What is your greatest weakness; your greatest strength?
My greatest weakness? I feel like if anyone were to try to ruin my life/destroy me/wreck my shit real hard/be a worthy antag, they’d find that I care too much about literally every single one of my friends. Also people I’ve made smaller connections with that probably don’t count as ‘friends’ but are still important to me, I care about them way too much too.
My greatest strength is my confidence, when I have it.

Nope, but I would like to eventually!
23: How do you vent your anger?
I don’t get angry, not really... I get frustrated, upset, spiteful... but I don’t often feel angry... when I do it fills my body with this heat and then I start shaking and then I become aware of what the anger is doing and start getting anxious...
I’ve probably gotten really, truly angry only 3-4 times in my lifetime, probably only once in the last 5 years. And I don’t vent it. It explodes and I just let it take over. You definitely don’t want to ever see me get angry because I will make sure no one enjoys how awful I feel.
Venting those other things I do feel though... mostly just vent to the people I know want me to vent when I need to. Talk it out and just kinda go into automatic writing mode.
24: Do you have a collection of anything?
I have a few collections!
I still have a lot of my Pokemon cards, almost all of my Yu-Gi-Oh! cards, I have a small coin collection, I keep ticket stubs from lots of important things... I`m basically a low-key hoarder of sentimental stuff.
25: Do you prefer talking on the phone or video chatting online?
Usually I prefer video-chatting, but there’s something kind of nice about getting calls from friends over the phone.
