oh god how was it

it was actually dope as hell and it turns out all the ppl who used to bully me love me now but some complicated ~feelings~ arose and also i ended up sleeping at my exes house haahahah it was fucking weird (he is not the one for which the feelings arose for tho) everyone was on acid but me which was really nice too

+ im still reeling from being exposed to the sentence "remember when we made love to drake's take care album"

did you think he was horrible?? that's interesting, i just saw them both as v. independent of the other to the point of ignorance

maybe not horrible, but pretentious, kind of cold, a bit smug and detached. he wasn't an objectively a shit. both characters were just on different wavelengths and they both fell short of accommodating each other in different ways, but I was more on her wavelength than his (and possibly projecting personalities I know onto the characters, ha)

glad you enjoyed it! I don't know a lot of folk who have watched it (think I got it off a list on Dazed Digital or s/t) but THE HOUSE. THE COLOURS. THE SHOTS. THE MIDDLE-CLASS REPRESSION. kind of excited/terrified about turning into viv albertine's character (I totally see myself in her character and the way she makes art but I hope I don't end up with her horrible husband...unless I'm as rich as them, then it might be alright)
