I don’t think c!Wilbur is setting himself up to be a villain, he’s already played that role, I believe he’s setting up Quackity to become one. I feel like both the “cookie outpost” and Paradise Burger (Wilburger?) are more taunts than legitimate threats. Sort of in an “look! Look! What? I’m not touching you!” kind of way. So the more c!Wilbur pushes c!quackity’s buttons the more paranoid and aggressive he gets until he just loses his mind and goes mental. This isn’t a war of swords, this is Wilbur and quackity, so this is a war of words. And Wilbur is already under Quackity’s skin. So who knows how long he’ll be able to hold himself together.
