Wanted to draw C Drive as a rubberhose cartoon thing.

Has anyone with windows 7 had an issue with the C drive filling up with space, even when you have deleted everything off it, etc. Was it a virus or? Because I've cleaned disk drive and deleted everything but there's still no space.
