“I think Borgeypants let her wee fishies on the beds again. It’s all damp up here.” Emma stripped away the bed covers, observing the dampened spots. Any easy fix but nonetheless, not something that made her experience with her dorm mates any easier. “Ye think this woulda stopped by now. Oi, don’t sit there either.”

As a general rule, Cordella walked with her sights set firmly on the ground in front of her to avoid making accidental eye contact with strangers. Usually, this worked out really well, but sometimes it meant she didn’t realize she was about to run into someone until it was almost too late. She jumped back, narrowly avoiding a full on collision with the woman in front of her. “Sorry,” she muttered, before looking up and realizing who exactly she’d almost run into. “Oh, it’s you.”

​Fresh  air  was  different  down  here  than  the  highlands,  something  she  noticed  more  now  than  she  had  having  resided  on  these  very  London  streets  for  most  of  her  youth.  Familiar  steps  were  traced  across  tightly  packed  lanes  that  led  to  a  rather  unassuming  entrance  to  Diagon  Alley.  Something  upon  the  upcoming  middle  of  term  had  unsettled  her  stomach,  wondering  perhaps  if  this  was  how  most  students  had  felt  back  then.  Her  favorite  quill,  seemed  to  do  best  with  an  ink  from  Amanuensis  Quills.  It  did  well  with  charm  work  for  more  automated  grading.  

Charity  originally  planned  to  simply  ask  at  the  counter  for  if  it  was  in  stock,  but  upon  her  door-bell  jingled  entrance  to  the  shop,  she  saw  the  clerk  already  engaged.  So  she  found  herself  instead,  sliding  slender  fingers  across  wax  papers  and  parchments  before  nearly  meeting  another.  “Sorry.”  It  her  limbs  retracted  to  her  shoulder  bag,  tassled  as  it  had  always  been.  “Did  you  want  that?”  She  added,  pointing  back  to  the  silvery  rolls.  @cissablvcks​
