🍦- get ice cream together
“Careful, it’s dripping. Hold still,” Orion murmured, his tone gentler than the words themselves as he reached for one of the tissues he’d snagged earlier. With a careful swipe, he chased away the rogue trail of ice cream before it could cause any more damage.
“There,” he said, satisfied, a faint smile tugging at his lips. His eyes lingered on Bentley a beat too long before he added, lightly, “You’re already sweet enough as it is.”

"You know, for being painted purple, you manage to look extremely good." Orion spoke with such a cheerful demeanor that it was completely contradictory to the character he'd been given by his siblings. He didn't mind though, honestly he was just happy at how the girls had taken Bentley in and invited him to be a part of their costume. It was a pleasantly unexpected surprise. "You might need my help getting some of that off later."

Orion was surprised at how nervous he felt about going on an actual date with Bentley. He wanted to make it memorable in the best kind of way and a part of him was obviously worried that wouldn't be the case. Upon seeing Bentley however, his worries melted away. He'd given the male the flowers he'd promised would come with every date and had escorted him to the place he'd organised for them to spend the day. The zoo.
"It's a big place, it's why I suggested we do it on your day off. Though it may also have been an excuse to spend the entire day with you too." Orion added with a smile on his face as he held the others hand.

"So, someone took the leap." Orlando playfully commented as he spotted his brother and then the band that was on his arm. Given their discussions about his feelings, the older man was glad to see that it appeared to have worked out for Bentley. "I just feel a little disappointed that I wasn't the first to be told. Better make sure to let him know that if he ever plans to propose that he has to ask for my permission first." Orlando joked, ruffling Bentley's hair lightly like he'd always done when they were kids.

They'd agreed to meet up at the party rather than going together given that Orion was doing his usual joint costumes with his family. It seemed to be a tradition for all of them now and he couldn't say he minded it in the least. Rollerblading his way over to the familiar head of hair, Orion's eyes seemed to drink the sight of the man in, having a little height over him due to the mode of transport he was currently wearing. "You look..." Orion shook his head a little and let out a whistle. "Let's just say either you're coming home with me tonight or I'm following you back to yours. I'm not fussy on the technicalities."

"You know, despite what is said, the planet is fine, it is the people that are screwed up." Orion fumed, almost slamming the items into the sink, perhaps taking his mood out a little too much on the poor cutlery but it was better that than his company. He'd been trying to hold it back but clearly he'd not done all that good of a job if his current outburst was anything to go by. This was not the type of evening he'd imagined forcing Bentley to put up with. "You don't have to stick around. You'd probably have a better time if you went home."

“You know, the best thing about having this thing is knowing I don’t have to worry about getting the best seat in the house for the fireworks.” Orlando stated with a grin as he watched Orion disappear to speak to someone and his eyes immediately returned to Bentley. “So... you seem happy.”

“You know, if you fuss over these injuries any more, I’m going to begin to think this is your ingeniously sneaky way of getting me to take my shirt off.” Orion couldn’t resist teasing the brunette, knowing exactly what he was doing and that it would turn the man that adorable cherry red colour that he always seemed to flush when Orion complimented him on something or flirted particularly hard. These days, he’d been quite tame in his approach but every now and again, that playful side of him couldn’t resist and Bentley never let him down. “Though if you want a gun show or to ogle me, all you have to do is ask.”
