Imogen wasn’t exactly buzzing to be at the state fair, sure so far it wasn’t as bad as she’d expected but it also wasn’t her typical scene. Her scene though was the obstetrics ward, or her house. She’d come because of Amelia, but she couldn’t exactly expect the brunette to spend the entire day holding her hand, even though she’d like that quite a lot. She was wandering aimlessly when she spotted Erica. The two hadn’t spoken for a while but Imogen enjoyed Erica’s company so she headed over to her.
“So I am feeling very overwhelmed by the American-ness of all this, I need saving,” she declared as she approached Erica. “I have never seen so many cowboy boots in one place.” Imogen knew that she currently lived down south but the truth of the matter was she didn’t see it much in her day to day life, this was hitting her hard in the face.
