Two days after their fight, after Chase had expressionlessly watched the hurt in Isaac's face after the awful things Chase had said, the King walked into the bar Ike spent most of his time at. He sauntered right over to the bar, plopped himself down and lit a cigarette, looking Isaac over with a slow grin.

"Hey. What's goin' on today?" He acted like nothing was amiss, as if nothing had ever happened. The Kings had the great ability to quite literally put things behind them and forget all about them.

also the most genuinely dumb. it took him thirteen years to become fluent in english and he grew up in america??

while his brothers and sisters have their own art, fashion, or television shows, ike has his magic show, his animation, and his a capella singing, which besides the a capella, are all hilariously bad

he tries to have his own amateur magic shows and can never quite figure out his tricks; at one particularly memorable show, a rabbit came hopping out from the wings of the theater and continued to hop around while ike desperately tried to make it come out of a hat for the rest of the show. 

he tries very hard in what he does, it's just he doesn't have any focus. when someone else makes him focus, like in a capella, he can succeed, but otherwise he's more likely to get distracted by small details.

he really loves animation and his dream is to make children's movies about magic but so far all he's been able to do is turn on the computer and figure out how to install the animation program

no one is really sure how he got into halton except his father made a very prominent donation to the music department

he's really loyal to his brothers in the be sharps and is easily manipulated into doing things for them or really anyone that asks nicely enough because of his overly naive and trusting nature

tl;dr he loves everyone & everyone loves him because he's pretty pathetic
