Everyone has those "stories I play in my head as I'm falling asleep," and this is the one for me. Or at least, a small part of it. In the Changeling: the Dreaming game I play in my head, Sir Lucan and Lord Avaddwyn have a long, adventurous relationship with a deep courtship and lots of kinky sex. Since I needed to write some fun smut to distract myself from The Horrors, I picked them.

I did not expect this to be almost 12.5k words, but hey, The Horrors are many.

I was coerced into playing a new Changeling: the Dreaming character by my friends, who only had to dangle Shia LaBeouf as a face claim and promise I could be the shithead youngest brother of a trio. (For those wondering, he is a Seelie Autumn sidhe and yes, he does cut holes in the backs of all his clothes to accommodate his wings, which serve absolutely no function. His older brothers also have wings, which they can actually use to fly, but who needs that when you’ve got level three Wayfare.)

So this was a treat I wrote for a few amazing ladies from the RFFA/More than Love Valentine’s Fic Exchange/Reylo Anthology. Their prompts involved a fairy tale/faerie/mythology AU. So I ended up writing an 8-chapter AU involving Kylo Ren as the Winter King/King of the Unseelie Court and Rey as a member of the Seelie Court.
