Aspen was in the shop, she was in a particularly good mood - she hadn’t been sad necessarily but her mood was still low from her disappointing news. However, she had a bit of a pep in her step today, and just felt more at bliss. The blonde was humming, arranging some of the flowers in the place when she heard the bell ring as someone came in and she looked up with a smile after she finished watering some of the plants. “Hello, we have a 45% off sale from now until fathers day. Do you need help with anything?” she asked, the man smirked and he approached her. He was a shorter man, in a black suit and he shook his head. “You, darling.” he spoke in a Scottish accent and she raised a brow, instantly wary. “What do you want with me..” she asked, her hand going under the counter to grab at an angel blade. “Don’t worry, princess - i’m not here to harm you, leave the blade in it’s place. I’m sure moose would have my head if I even breathed wrong on you.” Aspen was confused, her brows furrowed as she set the watering catty down. “Moose?” she asked. “Yes, Moose. Sam as he is better known as.”
Her jaw instantly clenched, she took a step back and she shook her head. “Who are you, and what in the hell do you want?” the blonde asked and the cross roads demon returned a smile at her reaction. “I told you, love, you. As I understand it, you are thr grandchild of Liam Mctaggart?” Her head was swimming, how was it so many people knew so much about her and she didn’t speak with anyone outside of her new family she married into, and Cait. “Do NOT talk about him.,” she was still not over his death, this strange man hit a nerve. “Easy, easy - retract the claws, kitten. Liam was my great, great, grandson.” Aspen’s mouth dropped, she didn’t know what to say. This man hardly looked old enough, he was in his 40s at the oldest at least physically. “Wh..” she trailed off. “Yes I know, who would have thought Moose would end up being in the family, but what can I do.” he sighed and then she shook her head. “Who are you? What are you?” Aspen demanded. “Me? Oh, i’m offended. Name’s Crowley. Cross roads demon, ex king of hell. Bestie of Dean.” Her heart nearly stopped, she ran a hand through her hair and shook her head. “No... I can’t, I can’t come from demons. There is no way.” she shook her head again and sat down, rubbing her palms together. “Oh not only that, you come from a powerful line of witches. My mother, Rowena, she’s a huge reason the darkness was released and that was just the tip of the ice berg - think of what you could do, with this.” he conjured the book of the damned into his hands, holding it up. “This book can beat nearly anything you come across, and my mother is an insufferable bitch who deserves nothing.” he tossed it, Aspen caught it and glanced down to the book but once she looked back up, he was gone in a puff of red smoke. She was left confused, looking around the shop as her mind raced at a million miles a minute it seemed.
