“Yooooo.” he begins, because this is the appropriate way to address someone like an adult. He doesn’t care. Lincoln has long ago given up on caring what people think about him. Besides, this was Poppy, Phoenix’s kid sister. She didn’t care if he acted like a moron.
“Poppy Rae, girl you are in my seat. Scoot.” he said, gesturing his thumb with his free hand while the other held a bag of select fast food items from several different joints along the way back to Phoenix and Poppy’s place. He hung out here more than he did his own home but that was understandable to anyone who knew Lincoln’s home life.
