I've refueled the C-141B many times, but this jet is a C-141A when they were still a bit shorter and couldn't be refueled. The easiet way to tell is that there is no hump over the cockpit.
I wonder how many times a C-141 landed at Elmendorf Air Force Base, Alaska over the years... I'll bet it's in the tens of thousands, if not more. This one is in 1965.
