"How are you feeling?" the doctor's voice was soft and warm as he looked at Donny. Alec was very proud of Donny and he knew how hard his boyfriend had been working on himself and how far Donny has come. His mind went back for a moment when Donny was a bit less social but now his boyfriend was more social, was out more and it was a big deal. Alec believed in celebrating every major moments. He smiled as he looked into those beautiful eyes. His mom and dad were watching Cyrus tonight and Alec was glad because he could just focus on tonight with the man he loved.

The last few weeks had been a bit crazy and insane. The chef had been slowly going back to work, but it was still part time. Ben did not realize how hard it was to adjust but he was adjusting. It did help that he had his family support. He had the day off and had been meaning to hang out with some friends, since it had been awhile. The chef had texted Donny and they agreed to meet at the park. He smiled as he walked toward Donny, pushing the stroller with Erik in it who was busy playing with the stuff animal his grandmother had gotten him.

"Hey Donny, glad we could finally catch up," he spoke with a smile on his face. "Hello Honey, it's good to see you again," he added.

"Hey Donny, how are you doing?" Vincent asked with a smile on his face as he saw his friend. Vincent was enjoying the day, he had finished with his last client for the day and decided to talk a walk through Kismet Harbor Park especially since the weather was nice and just perfect. It had been awhile since he had saw his friend and he was happy to run into the male. "You look good," he added with a warm smile on his face.

“I think you’re actually starting to look like the Hulk, dude,” Jaeho said, glancing over at his friend and thankfully holding back his comment on how Andy had mentioned how he was almost too ripped last time she and Jaeho had hung out with each other. Jaeho didn’t really want to think about how he would possibly explain how he knew she said that to her brother. It was harmless, but he still couldn’t imagine Donny not questioning it at least a little bit. "I look like a half-finished coloring book and you’re an action figure,” he laughed, “it’s a wonder why more people don’t like us.”

It was a beautiful day, Alec had the day off and Donny was free. So he decided why not spend most of the afternoon at the park. Alec loved the outdoors, the doctor had been so busy with work and dad mode to actually be outside. He really needed his, spending time with his two favorite people. Alec sat on the bench with Donny as he watched Cyrus play and run around. He smiled before turning to Donny. "Looks like it will be easy to put that little guy down for a nap this afternoon," he chuckled with a smile on his face. "Am glad you had time hang out with us."

Ben could not really sleep through the night and so decided to get some work down, he had answered some emails, updated inventory and finish setting up the schedule of his employees for the next two weeks. Ben had also stop by the restaurant for awhile before heading for coffee. Ben was keeping busy, trying his best and wondering when the emotions would finally hit him, he wondered what he was feeling and he was doing good. He sighed watching people walk, jog and talk. He still had his engagement ring on his finger. Coffee in his as he just people watched.

The doctor smiled when the door opened and saw his best friend. "Delivery," he spoke with a soft and kind smile on his face. This time of the year was a little bit complicated for Ben. It was almost the anniversary the day he blames himself for and also this time last year he was somewhat in and out of hospital. He had grown and was doing better, he was in a good place but he was still scared of throwing all that down the window, to Ben it was like if he was not careful, the dark will pull him back in and he always had to fight his destructive side. Donny and Ben had became friends, meeting in group and understanding each other especially both sharing some experiences and they understood each other. Plus, sometimes it was easier for Ben to talk to Donny about things because they understood.

"I can totally tell that you are doing better," he spoke with a soft voice and smile on his face as he looked at the other as the walked. "Hopefully you are still taking things slow right?"
