Sammy hummed while hurrying back and forth between tables at Malnati’s, quickly growing more and more impatient as he awaited his break to finally get a chance to just sit down for a bit. He did enjoy his job, but every once and a while it took a lot out of him and a break was definitely needed. As soon as he saw that it was time for his break he headed to the back with a sigh, humming softly as he walked into the back. Once he opened the door though, he couldn’t help tensing up at the familiar face already there, staring at him for a long moment with wide eyes before clearing his throat a little. “K-Kiri…?” he whispered quietly, not fully believing that it was him.
