Maybe it was just his luck that the OEA would slip vervain into the morning coffee as a counter-measure because when he found himself in Klaus Mikaelson's grasp, he would not be finding himself being so easily manipulated by demands, well, at least not right now.

"You Mikaelsons also have a habit of doing harm, then undoing it." TJ would struggle because sitting down and being silent in the face of a threat was not his forte. "Ask Briggs Mikaelson about that one, seeing as we already made a deal, and this was not mentioned in the contract we signed."

Using these names would surely backfire on him, but, hell, he had to try anything to get out of this situation. Everything told him to shut up, but fear kept talking and keeping up the act.

"And..the fairy." TJ was really pulling all the strings he had or thought he had as a lifeline. "Lysander? He's one of yours." At least he remembered the 'fairy' mentioning Master Mikaelson. "He will vouch for me."

Heidi had thought before she blacked out that that was it. She’d be dead with no reason as to why other than just being in the wrong place at the wrong time. Imagine her surprise when she woke up, stuck to a chair, in a rather nicely decorated room. This was clearly more than she could have ever thought in the woods. She tried to fight her restrains as an immediate reaction before noticing the man across the room. She recognised him. He was the guy with the kid who seemed a little over protective. “What?” She hadn’t seen him in months. “Is this because I offered a lollipop to your kid?!” It was the only thing she could think of. Her body was already sore from being thrown against the tree but she already felt like worse was to come.

The taunts... the attempted desperate intimidation she tried to inflict upon the young wolf had failed, she knew that... she knew it would the very moment the immortal hybrid’s name left her mouth. Katherine couldn’t yet remember at what point she was rendered unconscious again, but that was the least of her concerns, as her eyes once again opened -- this time more violently than before, she couldn’t shake that gut wrenching stench of fear as the familiar feel of Logan’s basement seemed so far away. It took her a mere matter of seconds before she launched herself onto her feet, using the heightened speed she held as a vampire, she rapidly made her way towards the glimmer of light she could see. It was then, when she thought she could escape, that the small sense of hope crashed right before her eyes as she came to a halt. The words of the bitch who had put her here, started to circle within her mind as she laid her eyes upon the metal bars that were preventing her from going any further. // @bloodiedhybrid

She grown use to the hybrid toying with her once he got her in his grasp. Which was once or twice over the centuries. Each time he let her go. “That’s why you can’t bring yourself to kill me. Isn’t it, after all these centuries. What is exactly do you want with me now?”

It had been weeks since Chris Argent sent Isaac to him in New Orleans. His former friend had suggested that Isaac should be around his own people, around the wolves of the bayou, and had called in a favor that Klaus owed him from years before. He had begrudgingly let the young wolf into his life and his home. “You mean that,” he said, gesturing at the body on the ground of the courtyard. “That was not cold, mate. That was business, and besides…that vampire intended to kill you. Would you rather I have let him live?”

He was still staring at the head, mouth slightly agape. He was still trying to wrap his head around the fact that that creature had come to kill him. He blinked a couple of times and looked over at Klaus. "No... believe it or not, I like being alive." Isaac replied, and moved to the side. This wasn't the first time he'd seen death, however it was the first time he'd seen the death of a vampire. It baffled him. Even if he didn't say it, he was grateful. Not only for being saved but also for Chris sending him to New Orleans.
