            "i don't understand why you hate your ex so much. i saw them at michael's the other day and they were lovely," marty nodded a few times at her friend before adding, "even helped me find the bead section. what a charmer." she couldn't help but laugh a bit at herself, and she couldn't tell if he was being a bad friend by telling them this. { strwires }

Marty flicked through a newspaper, his head resting against Camden's chest as they lay on the grungy old mattress. They were lucky to have anywhere to sleep, Marty knew that, but sometimes he wished for a bed that didn't have springs sticking out of it in random-ass places, dammit. He grinned when he came to an article, stopping as he read through it. "Hey Cam, listen to this," he laughed. "The city has been hit with a band of robbers never seen before, two men who appear to be more than friends. Not much is known about the pair, but a victim of their latest robbery has confirmed that they call each other Cam and Scout." he read, holding the paper up for Camden to read. "The whole world's gonna start calling me Scout now genius."
