With chaos engulfing the city, Akane had yet to get out of the PSB building-- all because of an unexpected message that allowed her to actually think of a plan instead of running around blindly and letting acid dissolve her lungs.
“The ‘plant’ housing your prize bares no leaves.”
A plant with no leaves.
Tapping her fingers on the desk, she stared at the screen for a short while, but thinking about it, the clue turned out to be pretty obvious.
"It's probably the nuclear plant in Sector 2... and what then?"
Out of all places in the entire city, they obviously had to choose the most bizarre one. She couldn't possibly go there alone, especially in this weather-- but she couldn't leave it alone either, and that's what her employees were paid for. A loud voice echoed in the building, as Akane used a megaphone while sending others a text message telling them to evacuate and find a shelter for the box town citizens.
"All members on standby here are to report to the Chief's office right now. This is important, so be quick."
