Here's a photo of the bag I made for Caduceus. I didn't take a photo prior to con so you can see it took a bit of damage when someone glanced past me and scratched all my armour on my left side. The paint I used was also rubbish, and this bag and the staff were the only two props I painted with it that mainly survived the entire con. It was the burnt number acrylic paint you can get in a tube from burnings. Cracks and splits like hell. The bag is entirely thin eva foam, and is just a prop so it does not open. It is basically just a box with inside support and a bunch of decorations. I did put a loop on the back so it fit on my belt.
