How far does the transformation go? Like, does she end up as an outright wolf at the most extreme, or does she keep some human traits physically? And how in-control is she during the most extreme of transformation?

She’s simply a werewolf right now, which means on full moons she goes full transformation into the two legged werewolf type. 

She’s not in control of herself at all in most cases. She’s pure instinct and usually violent territorial behavior if not acting on hunger. Sometimes she might be calm, but only if something isn’t going on to provoke her. Some cases, she may be able to regain a bit of her own conscience during a transformation, but it’s hard for her to do, and harder to maintain. There’s also many cases where she simply doesn’t like it since it makes her more aware that she’s a violent beast.
