Live studio recording with David Nash @ café Steam
Had a fun and simple live recording experience this past weekend @ Cafe Steam, take a listen to a rough mix audio clip of The Painter (live Cafe Steam). David Nash, born and raised in Rochester Mn, is a singer songwriter who said his music would fall into the category of folk singer songwriter with a deep, powerful voice, and rhythms with his acoustic guitar. The location of the live studio recording was at Cafe Steam, Rochester Mn. In the coffee shop 3 mics were set up, 2 mics that picked up the sound from the bridge of David’s guitar and ambient noise around the coffee shop was a AT4050 and a D7, the vocal was a Shure 58. While recording we used Logic Pro x and hardware feeding into the computer was the Presonus & Tuscam.
