hi! i had a couple questions if you dont mind? 1st, do we have to do 1 prompt from each day to complete the challenge or can we do any 7 prompts (e.g. use both prompts from day x and no prompts from day y)? 2nd, can we combine this challenge with other events like bthb or angstpril? thanks yall!

We never mind questions, no worries!
First question:
You don't have to do 1 prompt from each day to participate in Cairo Week! You can write more than one prompts for a day, and you can skip a day.
(Technically, there isn't even a limit on submissions per day - you could write as many fics for a day as you want and submit them!)
The only important thing here is, you will have to tag them with the day the prompt originally came from, and please not post before the schedule (as it confuses us mods and we don't want your contribution to slip through the cracks).
Usually, our tags look like this: day 1: fluff (this is not a tag that applies this year, it's just an example!).
Second question:
Of course! You can combine it with those, just tag/@ both events then, I guess! :D
So here's a little overview:
1. When posting, please add the prompt/day you used in your work, so we can find it!
2. Please don't post ahead of schedule, so for example, please don't post day 7 fic on day 1!
3. You can submit as many works with one or both day prompts as you want!
4. You can combine Cairo Week with another event, if that works with their rules as well!

It'd be most accessible for us, if you posted your prompts on the day of that prompt or afterwards (as in don’t post ahead of schedule) so we can find it!
Also, tag it with the correct prompt/day so it will be possible for the mods to reblog it!
You can do both prompts for each day if you want!
