Before I jump into the AM report, I want to take a second to thank all of you for the support on these posts. I started them simply because I wanted to use the small platform I have to get as many people involved in this movement as possible. I'm truly honored that so many of you appreciate them. I promise I won't let you down 🫡

AM Report 7/2/2026

CyYu has spoken up about the situation, as well as several other well-known creators

AX2026 has changed their Twitch settings so that only people who have been following them for a week or more can access the chat. After the way we flooded the live chat yesterday, we can only assume it's because of us

The CN fans have reached a new total spending amount of 84.3 million RMB (over 12M USD)

Several people who work in business and marketing (including myself) are agreeing that the most logical thing for Infold to do is bring Valko back. If they don't, the effects could be catastrophic for their company—and that's not an overstatement

RUMOR: people have pointed out that the wording and lack of official seal on Infold's statement about Valko are suspicious. Many people have started believing this could all be a PR stunt to test our reactions.

New Protest Strategies

Chinese Cultural heritage: we need to be more vocal about how LADS has helped players learn about Chinese heritage and culture. This will help to calm the bad press Infold is getting in China.

Respecting the Craft & Creative Freedom: emphasize the amount of work that went into creating Valko and his storyline. We CANNOT be okay with the work of developers, artists, VAs, etc. getting thrown away so easily.

Unity: it's very important we continue to work as a group. Personally, I have never seen the LADS fandom so united. We also need to emphasize the importance of representation and diversity in the fandom and game.

A Stance Against Bullying. Love over Hate: Infold literally folded under pressure from bullies. This is LOVE and Deepspace. The six love interests are meant to allow everyone to find something they like. We also need to continue donating to and raising awareness for charities, like the wolf conservation centers.

Chocolate: Since the fandom has agreed Valko loves chocolate, we can try to get some chocolate companies involved.

AX2026 is becoming the HQ of #bringvalkoback, apparently. The memorial/shrine has grown, people are howling at the LADS booth, and creators such as ironmouse are talking about Valko

Speaking of AX2026, they had to turn the live chat off on their livestream because it was LITERALLY all about Valko

We have confirmation that the LADS official Weibo account viewed Valko's community page (three times!)

VAs such as Tana Tunnell are speaking out in support of the movement

This statement was apparently posted by Infold on RedNote. In summary, it claims the following: all content in LADS is fictitious and not linked to any real-world elements, fabricated content and fake screenshots are considered a "severe infringement upon our brand's reputation and our players' trust", and Infold is mobilizing its legal department and are in the process of gathering evidence and identifying the individuals at fault.

The CN fans that were calculating how much they have spent on the game have reached a new total of 50.5M RMB (about 7M USD)

Apparently, Stack Paper Press in China discovered several organizations paying trolls to spread rumors and misinformation about LADS. Link

Overseas VIP users have submitted a joint petition to Infold regarding the cancellation of Valko's release and the current game operations

Valko supporters have set up a donation for a wildlife conservation center in China (Shan Shui Conservation) in Valko's name. Link

FangirlFetes on X created a fundraiser for getting a billboard in Times Square. The monetary goal was FAR exceeded!

TV Aztec Chihuahua (a Mexican news channel) posted in support of #bringbackvalko

If you need a little pick-me-up, X user aeternusGaia adopted a wolf from a conservation center in Valko's name. She will receive regular updates about little Archie. Here is one of the posts!

We are still trending on X, and have reached over a million posts

Infold is down to 931k on Instagram and 660.5k on X

The petitions have reached 190k+ and 82k+ signatures, bringing us well over the goal of 200k

App store ratings are PLUMMETING

New articles are still coming out, including one by AnimeRave with updated information

It’s been confirmed that the CN fans that fought to have Valko removed purposefully spread misinformation to reach their goal

It’s been discovered that after 5.0, global fans accounted for 52% of the company’s gains, surpassing the CN market

I know this has been a tiring and stressful few days, but don’t lose hope!! Keep posting, keep signing, keep emailing! Most importantly, DO NOT LOG IN. Infold can’t ignore us forever.

Fans at AX2026 are carrying around Valko merch, and I've even seen a few fans cosplaying Valko

On Weibo, under Infold's most recent post, most of the top comments are supporting Valko. There are over 4.5 million members of the LADS community on Weibo, and the vast majority are posting for him. Many users are attaching pictures of their in-game spending, and some of them are as high at 144,000+ USD

Fans in China are boycotting as well! Infold's daily revenue dropped from almost $500k on June 25th to $112,000 on July 1st.

We are STILL trending on X! We've surpassed a million posts as of earlier today.

MIDDAY REPORT — 7/4/2026

As of 12:00PM CDT—not a lot to report, but no news is better than bad news.

DO NOT—I REPEAT, DO NOT—engage with CN antis on RedNote or Weibo. They are trying to shift the narrative and say that our protest is based on sinophobia. If they succeed, it could lead to the removal of the global server. Protest with KINDNESS and RESPECT.

Ignore all kinds of negative rumors unless someone has specifically asked to help disprove them. Some insane rumors are starting to surface. FOCUS ON THE PROTEST!

HOWEVER! Infold's legal department and the local police are investigating trolls and those who spread misinformation about the game and Valko.

If my calculations are correct, we are nearing (or have already surpassed) 2 million posts on X in support of #bringvalkoback

I cannot fully confirm this, but according to CN sources, Infold is down to 1/4th of the revenue they were gaining when KoD released

Russian fans have also started donating to a wolf shelter called Wolf's Hall

Vendors at AX2026 who are selling Valko merch are doing very well! Even people who don't play LADS are buying his items.

The Valko memorial outside of AX2026 continues to grow!

It seems LADS is not doing ANYTHING on social media except observing. Their pinned posts are still for the multibanner that ended on July 2nd. They haven't even changed it to the GoA rerun.

Midday Report 7/3/2026

11:30AM CDT—Not a lot to report as of right now, but here's what I have:

Valko's hot topic community on Weibo has over 10k members, and is currently Number 7 on the overall Game Character Popularity chart (very high ranking!!)

#aoyin is trending on XHS/RedNote. The vast majority of the posts I'm seeing are asking to bring Valko back. A lot of antis are switching up their tune, saying that they regret ever asking to have him removed.

The JP Instagram account has less than 10k. Mind you, it had over 100k before the boycott. The JP girls are putting in the WORK

App ratings are still going down. It's much more difficult to do on the App Store, but we're down to 3.2!

Petitions: 211,400+ and 88,700+

Fans at AX2026 are putting up posters, carrying around #bringvalkoback merch and signs, and there is a shrine of sorts to him outside of the venue

We are still trending on X! I don't have an exact post count, but it's well over a million

People are starting to get responses to their emails. It's the same copy-and-paste response, but it means Infold is seeing them!

VIPs are still messaging their VIP reps. Many have gotten responses (again, copy-and-paste).

I cannot confirm this, but CN fans have said that Infold's rivals are manipulating articles and news. Fans are doing their best to get them taken down.

Fans from various regions are buying stars, meteors, and adopting wolves from conservation centers to bring some positive attention to the movement.

Many different communities are involved now. Various creators have posted in support of #bringvalkoback. Fandoms such as Army, Stays, Engene, Genshin players, and many more are joining in to help.

Since Infold didn't delete them and simply unlisted them, they can still be viewed, liked, and commented on. I highly encourage going to their other videos as well. BOMBARD their notifications.

The boycott continues—DO NOT LOG IN! I know there's a long of fear-mongering going on. We need to impact their DAU metric. Doing so will not put global servers or the app itself in danger.

The CN girls are with us! Several people on X have posted their conversations with them on RedNote. There is a very vocal minority of extremists who want Valko gone. Don't listen to rumors saying that he will never return or that he will be deleted permanently. There is hope, I promise! CN sources say many CN fans are helping to clear Infold's name with the media, and there are meetings going on non-stop with the PR and legal teams.
