Is it possible to just start on better call Saul instead of breaking bad? Given it’s a prequel. Everyone’s telling me to jump on BCS and it looks kind of interesting. Idk if I want to watch another show just to watch bcs.

not a stupid question at all! you can absolutely watch better call saul without having seen breaking bad. though, some parts of it (the last season especially) does contain some heavy spoilers for breaking bad, so keep that in mind if you want to watch it!

i can highly recommend better call saul, though, even if you haven't seen breaking bad. there are a lot of amazing characters exclusive to the prequel and the comedy and plot are both fantastic!

(i will note - breaking bad is phenomenal and absolutely worth checking out too, and a lot of the breaking bad references in BCS will hit harder if you've seen it first! so if you're looking for a good long watch experience, i can definitely say both are worth watching!)
